- Be sure you read the poem post below. It makes me laugh.
- We are so ready for school to be out around here... ready for not having to be anywhere at any specific time...
- Piano recital next Monday... the kids are playing pretty darn good... it's fun to see them develop their skills.
- Didn't get the Easter decor put away yesterday... yikes. I'm such a loser. But I did get five loads of laundry done and my whole studio cleaned. Yay!
- Been thinking a lot about change lately... feeling a little restless. Looking at house listings in the newspaper. Wondering if there's something different we should/could be doing... I sure wish Tejan would come. That should help with this longing for something more... something different...
- Krochet Kids has a blog. I wrote about them awhile back - you can read it here. Anyway - they're a group of college and post-college guys who have started their own non-profit - teaching women in Uganda how to crochet, and then selling their beanies here in the states as a way to employ them. I bought a beanie for E. at church a few weeks back. Anyway - the blog is a fascinating read... so proud of these young guys stepping out and living a crazy dream.
- Got my reminder post card for my annual dentist check-up. Ugh. Better start flossing.
- I'm working all day today... and dinner is already in the crock pot. Love when I can manage that.
- I'm hooked on The Next Food Network Star.
- Happy happy Tuesday, friends. Smoochie smooch.
Happy Birthday Cathy! , originally uploaded by Pink Paper Peppermints . All of these sweet bloggy friends threw me a cyber-birthday party! How fun is that? Thank you, dear friends. I am touched. It's really just what I needed today. Sweet Tanya even made me a cake. If you want to follow the party around cyber-space, you can go to Melissa's blog to see everyone who is participating.
Anybody who can get 5 loads of laundry done in one day is NO LOSER

Love theone of Asia and Aaron -
Even tho I had seen the picture the story of Asia's look into his face was precious.
It is so easy to get busy and miss the important things in life.
That was a touch of the important !
Love you
I'm a day late (and I'm sure a dollar short), but Happy Wednesday- here's to putting those Easter decorations away, today :)
