The kitchen is really and truly almost done. The refrigerator has gone missing - they are looking for it and said they hope they can deliver it Friday morning. Ugh! I'm waiting until it's in place and then I'll post the pictures.
We got everything moved into the cupboards yesterday. My three girlfriends were invaulable to me as we sorted and organized and found some really old stuff in the back of my downstairs pantry! You know your friends are true when they see that you have 6 boxes of Captain Crunch stored away and not one of them says anything about tooth decay or healthy alternatives for breakfast. I honestly don't know where they all came from. (The cereal, not the friends.)
The good news is: I brought everything up from my basement storage area and into the kitchen, and there's still room for more! I have five empty drawers and lots of upper cabinet space that's still empty. I LOVE that.
Okay - I'm off to decorate.
Happy happy day.
How can one lose a refridgerator? Goodness! :) Anyway, glad things are coming along. Look at your list :) You are a busy gal!
ReplyDeleteWooHoo... pictures of the tree please (grin). I leave on Wednesday and I won't have internet access that first week. I want to see your tree before I head out to your part of the country (so close, but yet so far, doggone it).
ReplyDeleteGiggling over the Captain Crunch. For us, it would be Cinnamon Toast Crunch... must be something about the word crunch that sells cereal!
