Note to self.

Two of my three children have now thrown up in a car in the last five weeks.

You know how they say bad things come in threes?

I'm keeping a big plastic bag in the car from now on.

    Teehee.....we learned this lesson years ago - we now keep gallon ziploc bags (easy to zip up and stash if you can't get to a garbage can immediately) in the car ever since. Two kids with touchy tummies....not fun. Hope the kids feel better!

    Yeah, we know !! One was our car, right ?

    With Ken in the car as a child the plastic lined coffee can was a permanent fixture in the car, especially going out to Grandma and Grandpa Carson's. Don't know how many miles he walked on that road trying to feel better before we could drive again. I think he threw up in every yard along the way at one time or another.(all 26 miles)Those are memories, Ken : )

Good morning, peeps. It's Friday. There's frost outside this morning. *FROST!* This week has been ridiculously chilly. I'm having mixed feelings about blogging lately. Mostly because I feel like all I've been doing is whine about being tired. Or overwhelmed. And because comments are lacking. And because I can't seem to think about anything to write about except Tejan. And because some of the thoughts I'm having are too private for the blog - or too repetitive. It came out of the faucet that way.

It's been months since I've had a "Getting to Know You Wednesday." Life's been a little crazy.
